With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jon Hammond, CCIM, brings seasoned expertise, integrity, and client-focused service to every transaction. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008 — a globally recognized credential representing advanced financial analysis, market evaluation, and investment strategy.
In 2009, Jon was appointed by the Arizona Association of REALTORS® to the Professional Standards Committee for Ethics. He continues to serve on hearing panels statewide, helping uphold the highest standards of professionalism and conduct within the industry.

Andrew Richwine specializes in commercial real estate investment sales, leasing, and advisory services throughout the Phoenix metro area, with a concentrated focus on the East Valley markets of Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Tempe.
His practice includes retail, industrial, multifamily, medical office, land and development, and specialty assets such as aviation-related properties and storage facilities. Andrew works closely with property owners, investors, and business operators to deliver disciplined valuation analysis, structured execution, and strategic market timing in a shifting capital environment.
Before entering real estate, Andrew built a career in heavy civil infrastructure as an Operating Engineer and Apprenticeship Instructor, contributing to major Phoenix projects beginning with the SR-51 expansion in 1996. That experience provides him with a practical understanding of construction, development timelines, entitlement considerations, and the long-term impact infrastructure has on property value and economic growth.
